Ella Meyer is the Lead of RNA Synthesis at EnPlusOne, where she directs both the development and application of the company’s platform. She helped build and scale the platform from its inception, advancing performance beyond phosphoramidite benchmarks for yield, purity, and sustainability. She now oversees projects applying EnPlusOne’s technology to industry partnerships. Additionally, she leads internal programs to explore new applications of the technology, including RNA ligation and novel RNA modifications.
