Olivier Ludemann‑Hombourger serves as Global Director of Innovation & Technology and is a member of the Management Committee at PolyPeptide. He holds a PhD from the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (France), completed in collaboration with Novasep Process, where he subsequently led R&D activities for a decade. He later joined Lonza in Braine‑l’Alleud (Belgium) as Head of Operations before moving to PolyPeptide, where he spent seven years as General Manager of the French subsidiary. Since 2019, Olivier has held his current global leadership role, steering the Group’s innovation strategy and technological development across its worldwide operations.
