Vanessa (Chaplin) Momaney earned her B.S. in Forensic Science from Bay Path University and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, Vanessa conducted an ORISE postdoctoral research fellowship in Combat Casualty Care at the Naval Medical Research Unit in San Antonio, TX focusing on pre-clinical model development. Vanessa joined the Analytical Development department at Nitto Avecia in November 2019 supporting phase appropriate method development for oligonucleotides.
