The Basics
We have two exciting events happening Oct. 7-10th. AI in Action Summit that is taking place on Monday, October 7th and TMRE: The Market Research Event is October 8th-10th.
Both are at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Fl.
If you are a client-side speaker (not a sponsor speaker), you will receive access to BOTH AI in Action Summit and TMRE.
When booking your travel, keep in mind the Speaker Welcome Reception on Monday, October 7th from 5:25PM - 6:15PM. Open to all speakers!
We may be recording your presentations and making them available on our on-demand platform, Streamly, for All Access and On-Demand ticket holders to view for up to 12 months. All speakers will have access to this platform as well. To guarantee and purchase your recording, please email Liz Hinkis.

Presentation Materials
Due September 30th, 2024
- If your company has an internal review process, please take into consideration that this may affect when you are able to submit your slides. We ask that you plan your presentation accordingly.
- Please submit your slides in PowerPoint or PDF format.
- Slide decks are optional, however, if you choose to have one you must submit it by the deadline.
- When your slide deck is finalized, please upload it to our Dropbox here.
- If your company is not compatible with Dropbox please email to annie.sides@informa.com.
- If your file is too large to send via email, you may use WeTransfer, GMAIL, or any other file sharing service.

Please check the TMRE and AI in Action website for your session date and time. Simply navigate to your name on the speakers’ page, click your name, and see the date and time of your session on the right-hand side.
