Presentation Requirements

We know you are pros at this, but we’ve included a few speaker guidelines to keep in mind as you prepare. Your audience will have high expectations and, well, so do we!

  • Breakout sessions are 30 minutes long
  • Aim to deliver a 20-minute presentation with 10 minutes for Q&A
  • Your presentation must be in a PowerPoint or PDF document, in 16:9 aspect ratio. If you would prefer to build your slides in Keynote, Google Slides, etc. please export it as a PowerPoint or PDF before uploading it.
  • You may use any presentation theme you’d like.
  • When your presentation is ready, email it to annie.sides@informa.com.
  • Final presentations are due by Friday, November 22nd.
