AV Requests

The standard audiovisual set for the meeting room will include a lectern with a microphone and chairs for each panelist. Each speaker or panelist will have their own lavaliere mic. A laptop computer, projector, screen and wireless remote (for advancing slides) will also be provided for sessions that include a Power Point or PDF. Presentations will be run from a PC laptop at the A/V tech table in the back of the room.
