Profile
Aaron Eanes is a Partner at 3 Arts Entertainment and Co-Head of 3 Arts Sports. After launching A&A Management Group in 2012, Eanes began cultivating and managing the brands of professional athletes expanding from the NFL to the NBA to the Olympics. He started out by successfully integrating his clients with some of the biggest networks, brands, and corporations in the game, negotiating deals with Fortune 500 companies across the globe like Pepsi, Gatorade, Nike, Visa, and T-Mobile and working closely with renowned media outlets such as ESPN, Fox, Bravo, and NBC. Today Eanes has negotiated some of the most notable deals in industry history. Spearheading a nine-figure deal with Wondery for the New Heights podcast and multi-million-dollar collaborations, Eanes still prioritizes his commitment of giving clients the opportunity to give back – to date helping them respectively raise millions for their communities and causes close to their hearts. His decades long relationships with all the major networks and streaming giants have also seen his clients star in Emmy-nominated programming and have the rare privilege of hosting the iconic Saturday Night Live. During almost 15 years under Eanes’ leadership, A&A Management Group pioneered the notion of blurring the lines of labeling athletes one thing and have stewarded their clients’ success across the board as entertainers, philanthropists, creators, brands, and moguls. With exceptional service and personal attention, Eanes is still behind the scenes for every move made by his superstar clients from launching clothing brands to their social media presence or securing investment opportunities. Along with an intentionally curated team of industry experts, Eanes’ passion for empowering talent to maximize impact, thrive in today’s changing marketplace, and build a legacy on their terms has made A&A Management Group a force among the behemoths of sports management agencies. Eanes graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in Sports Management and currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, Amanda. Eanes honed his talents by interning with both the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Guardians before eventually recognizing a need in the sports management industry and founding A&A Management Group.
