Freedom to change

Register your team for the event in Brussels today knowing you're covered with our flexible registration policy. 

Any time before the event, you are welcome to substitute your all access pass for a digital experience pass, or vice versa. Simply contact us, and we will either charge you the difference for upgrading to all access or credit back the price for transferring to digital only.

When upgrading to an all access pass you will benefit from the early bird discount which was applicable at the time of your original registration.

Refund guarantee

If you have booked an in-person ticket and the event in Brussels becomes digital only; your pass will be automatically changed to a virtual ticket and the difference will be refunded to you. Or you can request a full refund until 2 weeks before the event.
