Miguel Villena Reyes, Tomsa Destil’s CEO, began his professional career back as an Industrial Engineer at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, followed by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and later a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Distance Education (UNED).

Mr. Villena joined Tomsa Destil in 2007 as Project Manager, where he managed international projects worth up to 80 MM€ per project. Later on he was promoted to Engineering Manger assuming the responsibility of all Tomsa Destil on-going projects with a portfolio of more than 20 projects per year being developed simultaneously around the world. In 2020, Mr. Villena assumes the role of CEO of Tomsa Destil. During the last four years he has been working on the organic growth of the company as well as defining the mid and long-term strategic plan of the Tomsa Group.
