Richard has almost 40 years’ experience in the process industries, with various engineering, consulting and sales roles with both end-users and vendors. He has a background in process automation and control including the design and implementation of regulatory and Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions in a variety of processes. He has a solid career in leading sales, business and consulting teams in advanced process automation and digitalisation solutions both at Keit Spectrometers and Honeywell Process Solutions, after having served as a process automation engineer with ABB and a chemical engineer with several UK chemical producers. Richard is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and an MSc in Process Automation from Newcastle University.
