Romain FromangerTechnical Sales Manager Europe at Leaf - Lesaffre Advanced Fermentations
Romain Fromanger graduated from INSA Toulouse, France with a PhD degree in Industrial Microbiology and Enzymology. The PhD degree was focused on Xylose Fermentation to produce Ethanol from Lignocellulosic substrates (Wheat straw) using a Fermentation parameter optimization approach.
He first joined Maguin in 2009 as a Fermentation process Engineer working on the design and commissioning of new Bioethanol plants.
Then in 2011 he worked at DSM Food Specialties as a Process Improvement manager for Enzyme production site of Seclin, France.
Since 2014, Romain is the Technical Sales Manager Europe of Leaf, the business unit of Lesaffre committed to the development and sales of advanced fermentation solutions for the conventional and lignocellulosic bioethanol as well as the biobased chemicals industry.
