Danny Weiss is a passionate entrepreneur and executive, having spent over a decade building start-ups in the health-tech and agrifood-tech space. In 2022, Danny co-founded Wonder Veggies with world-renowned researchers at Israel's top academic institution, developing the first-ever technology for naturally growing vegetables and fruits enriched with healthy probiotics, creating a new and exciting category in a $750 Billion fresh produce market. This ground breaking innovation meets the growing consumer demand for ‘food as medicine’, overcoming the current limitations of probiotic products, and enabling consumers to ‘go with their gut’. In his spare time, Danny is a father of three, a foodie, and a long-distance runner.
