Annelies obtained a PhD in Biomedical Science at the VIB Center for medical biotechnology and University of Ghent (Belgium). She joined argenx in 2023 where she is currently working as a senior scientist in R&D, focussing on preclinical product development. Here she supports preclinical research efforts focused on antibody engineering and translational immunology. She is passionate about translating complex biological insights into therapeutic innovation.
