Profile

Dr Carole Henry is a Director of Immunology in Infectious Disease Research at Moderna. Her team is focused on preclinical research for the development of new mRNA vaccines tackling a variety of pathogens. In addition, Dr Henry is involved in translational immunology research with the goal of designing improved next-generation vaccines. Prior to joining Moderna in 2020, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Chicago in Patrick Wilson’s laboratory where she focused on understanding human B cell responses to vaccination and discovering broadly neutralizing antibodies to influenza viruses.
