Conor McGuire, PhD

Conor was trained in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Antwerp (Belgium). After obtaining his Master’s degree he obtained a PhD at the VIB Center for Inflammation Research and University of Ghent (Belgium). Following his PhD he joined the VIB Center for Medical Biotechnology as a postdoctoral researcher in the field of neuroimmunology. Conor joined argenx in 2019 as a research scientist in the R&D team. In 2023 he has joined the Immunology Innovation Program at argenx where he works to bring innovative scientific breakthroughs to therapies addressing patient unmet needs in the autoimmune space.
