James W. Larrick MD PhD, received his MD and PhD at Duke University Medical Center followed by medical house staff training at Stanford and a Cancer Biology Fellowship where he developed seminal technology for the generation of human monoclonal antibodies that provided the basis for co-founding Cetus Immune Research Labs which he led for 5 years in the 1980s. The Cetus Immune team was the first to utilize PCR to clone antibody libraries. In 1991 he founded Panorama Research (see pano.com), a translational Institute which has served as the launchpad for >20 companies having 7 IPOs and several acquisitions. Over the past 3 years he has also co-managed Corsalex Inc. an effort focused on neurodegeneration developing promising therapies for C9orf72, ALS-FTD.
