Prior to joining Genovac, Kathrin conducted her postdoctoral research on different designs and specificities of leukemia-specific CAR T cells at the Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy in Regensburg, Germany. Kathrin joined Genovac as an Account Manager in 2022. She is responsible for overseeing client antibody discovery projects from target accession numbers to fully characterized antibodies. During her PhD she investigated the immune modulatory effect of a tumor metabolite on primary leukemia and immune cells.
