Leslie Mitchell is a co-founder and CEO of Neochromosome, a wholly owned subsidiary of Opentrons Labworks accelerating antibody discovery via automation-enabled yeast surface display platforms. Previously, Leslie led technology development for the Synthetic Yeast Genome project, a global consortium that built the world's first synthetic eukaryotic cell. Leslie completed a postdoctoral fellowship in synthetic genomics at Johns Hopkins and a PhD in systems biology at the University of Ottawa
