Dr. Luke Heuer received his PhD in Immunology from UC Davis in 2011 with a focus on autoimmunity. Dr. Heuer’s postdoctoral experience has ranged from, the EAE model of multiple sclerosis, to autoantibody production in Autism as a Hartwell Foundation Fellow, to animal models of Type 1 Diabetes and Primary Biliary Cholangitis. In 2021, Dr. Heuer was promoted to Project Scientist at University of California, Davis. He works with Dr. William Ridgway and currently focuses on developing immune based therapies for autoimmune disease.
