Profile
I am a research associate working with Dr. Jenny P-Y Ting at Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am focusing on identifying novel immunotherapies for treating advanced tumor based on the integrated molecular mechanisms. During my PhD training in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, I investigated the chronic hepatitis' malignant transformation process and relapsed breast cancer's immunotherapy. I am interested in the immunotherapy of advanced tumor including solid tumor, relapsed tumor and metastatic tumor, as well as the mechanism of inflammation associated disease-relevant issues including fibrosis and colitis. My research will reveal molecular navigation chart of the immune system that are responsible for disease disorders, providing correspondent cell type targets for therapeutic interventions.
