As an experienced antitrust attorney and litigator based in San Francisco, Erik started his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell and joined the FTC’s Mergers II Division in 2019, contributing significantly to several investigations. He was then later appointed Acting Assistant Regional Director of the WCG where he is responsible for a number of non-public investigations.
