HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?
Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
HOW CAN I GET A VISA INVITATION LETTER?

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY PARTNERING ACCOUNT?
Once registered please allow up to 24 hours for the partnering team to send you your login details.
HOW CAN I SET UP A GUEST ACCOUNT?
- Go to you profile page and then over to the Delegates/Guests box located on the right-hand side.
- Click on the Guests tab and then on the button that says, “Invite Guest”.
- Enter the email address of your guest and then click send Your guest will receive an email with a link that will allow them to log in to your account.
During their first-time logging in they will be asked to verify their email address and fill out some brief information about themselves so that you know who is entering your account.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ALL-ACCESS PASS AND THE DIGITAL PASS?
Our All-Access Pass gives you access to onsite one-to-one partnering meetings, exhibit floor, and networking on March 17–19 as well as on-demand content, such as company presentations, panel discussions, and company showcases, up to four weeks before the event. This registration also includes digital one-to-one partnering meetings, March 25–26.
Our Digital Access Pass will give you access to on-demand content, such as company presentations, panel discussions, and company showcases, up to four weeks before the event and virtual one-to-one partnering meetings, March 25–26, 2023.

DO YOU PROVIDE INVOICE OPTIONS?
We are moving away from invoice/wire transfer options for all our events, all registrations must be completed with credit card at check out. Once completed your will receive a paid invoice within 1-2 days and access to partneringONE within 24 hours.

Delegates must be part of the same organization and email addresses must match the company/institution domain stated when registering.
To receive this offer, please ensure to select the “Pre-revenue BioPharma and Academic Registration” as the delegate type and register the first paying delegate. If your company qualifies for this pass, you will be notified by our registration team in the following days with instructions on how to register the rest of the team.
In order to qualify for this pass, the following criteria must be met:
- All Stages, including IPO
- Be pre-revenue
- Developing therapeutics or diagnostics for which the young company owns the intellectual property; or owning the IP for a platform technology used for drug design or discovery
- OR researcher at a university, hospital, research institute, or government entity

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE YOU EXPECTING AT BIO-EUROPE SPRING 2025?
We are expecting around 3700+ attendees
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO EXHIBIT AT BIO-EUROPE SPRING?
Basic exhibit booths at BIO-Europe Spring 2024 start from 6,600 EUR for 6m² and 12,200 EUR for 12m². The first registration can be booked at 50% off the prevailing rate. Prices for exhibiting at BIO-Europe 2024 will be somewhat higher, but a discount is available by securing the space early.
