Victoria holds a PhD in Microbiology, Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry and Biology (Hons), Diplomas in Human and Animal Health, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Victoria was elected a 2025 Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE) for contributions to medical innovation. Victoria is Co-Founder and was CEO and Managing Director for 24 years of QBiotics Group the Australian small molecule drug discovery and development company. She is currently Chief Strategy Officer of QBiotics Group. Previous roles include Research Scientist for the Commonwealth and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and Manager of clonal production for Boral Timber Division. Victoria is an Executive Director of the QBiotics Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary companies, QBiotics Pty Ltd, EcoBiotics Pty Ltd, QBiotics Netherlands B.V. and QBiotics UK Limited. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the UK biotechnology investment fund Conviction Life Sciences Company.
