Benjamin Minow is the managing director of WuXi Biologics Germany. He holds a diploma degree in Biotechnology from BHT Berlin and a PhD in Biotechnology Engineering from TU-Berlin.

Before joining WuXi Biologics, he worked for both Big Pharma/Biotech as well as CDMO companies. He is experienced in the end-to-end development, manufacturing, and commercialization of different modality Biologics. He has run several strategic and capacity expansion programs during his career. Besides this he worked in the Merger & Acquisition field leading successful transactions.
