Erica is currently Vice President, Head of M&A at Bristol Myers Squibb and has fifteen years of experience in M&A through investment banking and consulting roles. Previously, Erica spent nine years in investment banking at Barclays across the M&A and Global Healthcare Group. As Director of M&A, Investment Banking at Barclays, she was responsible for executing sell-side transactions. Prior to her M&A focus, she spent over seven years in the Global Healthcare Group at Barclays, where she participated in the execution of M&A and financing transactions across a variety of healthcare clients, primarily focused on BioPharma and select Life Science Tools/Diagnostics companies.

Before pursuing her MBA, Erica worked on the Transaction Advisory Services team at Ernst & Young for five years where she assisted clients contemplating or already engaged in M&A transactions with the quantitative aspects of tax issues that arise in conjunction with M&A activity.

Erica earned her MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and her bachelor’s degree in economics also from the University of Michigan.
