Guillaume leads the BD&L Transactions Team at Novartis, responsible for structuring and negotiating partnerships strategically aligned with Novartis growth initiatives across all Therapeutic Areas. Prior to joining Novartis, Guillaume was Senior Vice President Business Development at BeiGene. Prior to BeiGene, Guillaume served as Vice President Licensing & Business Development Oncology at Merck KGaA / EMD Serono. Throughout his career in Pharma and Biotech, Guillaume acted as deal architect and lead negotiator on several transformative multi-billion cross-border transactions and led teams of business development professionals involved in all aspects of deal making.

Guillaume Vignon holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Paris 6 / Institut Pasteur in France and an MBA from Hult International Business School in Cambridge U.S.A.
