Joe Lawson is Senior Director, Business Development where he leads the development and execution of external innovation initiatives in support of Interventional Oncology at Johnson & Johnson. This R&D unit is focused on uniting Pharmaceutical and MedTech expertise to unlock intratumoral therapy solutions. In this capacity, Joe oversees transactions to leverage the unique convergence of Pharmaceutical and MedTech expertise at Johnson & Johnson to help improve the lives of patients.

During his 16-years at Johnson & Johnson, Joe has held positions in Business Development, Global Commercial Strategy and Global Market Access. He has played critical roles in the execution of numerous licenses and acquisitions in oncology.

He holds a BSc in genetics from the University of Leeds.
