Vincent is an Medical Doctor by training, with a Master’s in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge, UK. He started his career as a physician in neuropathology, with a research focus on genetics and epigenetics in neurooncology. Subsequently he worked in consulting, as Chief of Staff to the President of Bayer’s Pharmaceutical Division, and as the managing director for Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. Since 2021, he has been part of the R&D Strategy, Portfolio and Operations organization, which he took over as lead earlier this year. Vincent is part of Bayer Pharmaceutical’s global R&D leadership team.
