PLEASE NOTE: Company presenters need to apply first before registering for Biotech Showcase. Once approved, presenters will be sent special instructions to complete their registration.

Public Company Presentation
Mid- small, and micro-cap life science companies are invited to request a 30-minute corporate presentation slot.
Fee Structure
All-Access Presentation
- $7,200 - before August 21, 2026
- $7,400 - before October 2, 2026
- $7,600 - before November 13, 2026
- $7,800 - after November 14, 2026
- $7,900 - after January 11, 2027
Includes:
• One registration for the presenter
• 30% discount for other company employees to register for the event (Note, the 30% discount coupon code will be issued upon request and once we have received a completed presenter registration)
• A 30-minute in-person presentation in San Francisco
Private Company Presentation
Venture and angel-backed private life science companies are invited to request a 15-minute corporate presentation slot.
Fee Structure
All-Access Presentation
- $5,315 - before August 21, 2026
- $5,515 - before October 2, 2026
- $5,715 - before November 13, 2026
- $5,915 - after November 14, 2026
- $6,015 - after January 11, 2027
Includes:
• One registration for the presenter
