The Fine Print

Online registration for the in-person event will close on January 7, 2022. On-site registration will be available throughout the event.

Online registration for the virtual event will close on January 19, 2022, once the event has concluded.  


Cancellation policy

If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the Organizer immediately per the instructions below.

  • In-person event

To receive a refund, registration cancellations must be sent 57 days before the conference, by November 14, 2021 (minus a 10% administration charge). After November 14, 2021, no refunds or credits towards future events will be granted, however, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company. Please note, all refunds may take 4--6 weeks to be completed. Registration cancellations must be sent to Yesenia Cortes EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com

Since access to the partneringONE system is included in the registration fee, payment is due as outlined above even in the case of non-attendance at the event.

  • Virtual event

To receive a refund, registration cancellations must be sent 57 days before the conference, by November 21, 2021 (minus a 10% administration charge). After November 21, 2021, no refunds or credits towards future events will be granted, however, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company. Flexible Cancellation policy

  • If you need to make a change to your registration, simply notify us by December 22. You are welcome to substitute your all-access registration for a virtual registration, or vice versa (pending space availability). We are happy to either charge you the difference in upgrading or refund back the price for transferring to virtual-only.
