Presentation slots are open to all therapeutic categories including:

- AI and Machine Learning Companies

Company presenters need to apply first before registering for Biotech Showcase. Once approved, presenters will be sent special instructions to complete their registration.

Public Company Presentation
Mid- and small-cap medtech and digital medicine companies are invited to request a 30-minute corporate presentation slot.
Fee Structure
All-Access Presentation
- $6,845 - before September 29, 2023
- $7,045 - before November 10, 2023
- $6,645 - after November 10, 2023
Includes:
• One registration for the presenter
• 30% discount for other company employees to register for the event (Note, the 30% discount coupon code will be issued upon request and once we have received a completed presenter registration)
• A 30-minute in-person presentation in San Francisco
Digital Presentation

- Promotional emails and posts on all media channels leading up to the conference.
- Distribution of presenting company list to pharma and investors to support organizing meetings.
Media:
- Embargoed News: Companies with important announcements are encouraged to embargo their news or press releases (provide copy ahead of distribution date), before and during the event. Presenting companies can confidentially share their news by sending an email including a press release or send a summary of announcement to our media team. Our team will share this news with media outlets and press attending the conference. All embargo dates will be strictly adhered to as indicated by the presenting company.
Press Releases: Press releases provided by presenting companies will be distributed to our network of investors, pharma and biotech execs via our social media channels.
Press Release Templates: A template to announce that the company has been selected to present and the date/time of the presentation will be provided to presenters.
