The Fine Print
Online registration for the in-person event will close on January 10, 2025. On-site registration will be available throughout the event.
Online registration for the virtual event will close on January 22, 2025, once the event has concluded.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the organizers immediately per the instructions below.
Access to the partneringONE system is included in the registration fee, payment is due as outlined above even in the case of non-attendance at the event.
- Delegates are eligible for a refund if the request is received 57 days before the conference (November 17th, 2024). All refunds are subject to 10% admin fee.
- Delegates are not eligible for a refund if the request is received after November 17th, 2024, or in case of non-attendance.
- If the request is received after 57 days, all attendee passes will be subject to Flexible Registration Policy.
- A paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company or organization.
Presenting Company Cancellation Policy
If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the organizers immediately per the instructions below.

- Please specify whether you need to cancel your presentation slot only, or whether your attendance to the event is also affected.
- Presenting Companies are eligible for a refund if the request is received 57 days before the conference (November 17th, 2024). All eligible refunds are subject to minus $400 application fee and 10% admin fee on attendee passes.
- Presenting Companies are not eligible for a refund if the request is received after (November 17th, 2024) or in case of non-attendance.
- If the request is received after 57 days (November 17th, 2024), attendee passes will be subject to Flexible Registration Policy. Presentation Fees are not eligible for Flexible Registration Policy and are not eligible for refund.
- A paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company or organization.
- Registrations are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold or shared.
Application Fee Refund Terms and Conditions
All presenting companies are required to pay a non-refundable application fee when applying for a presentation slot. 100% of the application fee will be applied to your presentation package.
- Companies that are accepted to present will have their deposit applied to their presentation fee.
- Companies that are accepted to present and subsequently cancel will not be refunded their deposit.
- Companies not accepted to present will receive a full refund of their application fee.
Flexible Registration Policy
Register your team for an all access or digital experience pass today knowing you're covered with our flexible registration policy. Any time 14 days before the event begins, you are welcome to substitute your all access pass for a digital experience pass, or vice versa. Simply contact us, and we will either charge you the difference for upgrading to all access or refund back the price for transferring to digital only.
- In the event that the face-to-face component of Biotech Showcase 2025 is canceled then your registration will automatically be refunded to the virtual ticket option, and we will issue difference in fee.

All refunds may take 4-6 weeks to be completed.
