Jim Anthony

EVP and Global Head at Parexel Biotech

Jim currently leads the fully dedicated, cross-departmental division responsible forserving our small, emerging and mid-sized customers at Parexel. As part of this role, he directly manages the global sales function for this division. Prior to leading ParexelBiotech, Jim was an Enterprise Account Lead for two of the largest customeraccounts at Parexel. This included successes in growth and change management where onepartnership was renewed for second 5-year term and the second partnership was built andlaunched from the ground up. He joined Parexel in 2010 as Vice President of North AmericaBusiness Development and was later promoted to Corporate Vice President in 2013.

Jim has over 20 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience, and 17 years of CROExperience. Before joining Parexel, his CRO work included Kendle International (nowSyneos Health) 2003 – 2010, and SCIREX Corporation (now Premier Research) 2001 –2003. Jim began his career in cerebrovascular research, which produced apublication in the Journal of Cerbral Blood Flow and Metabolism.
