| Aida Mollaei is the CTO of Adaptis, a carbon optimization platform for buildings. Since co-founding Adaptis in 2022, she and her co-founder have built the team to 25+ carbon reduction experts and raised over $7 million in equity and non-dilutive funds. Aida holds a PhD in Construction Management from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Waterloo. She has a background in Civil Engineering and Sustainability Management in the built environment. Aida is an expert in building decarbonization, whole life cycle carbon assessment, and circularity in the built environment. At Adaptis, Aida leads the product development team, driving the creation of innovative solutions to achieve the company's vision of a resilient, circular, and decarbonized built environment. |
