As an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) leader at Avison Young, Brandy’s holistic and integrated approach prioritizes risk management, generational resilience, sustainability, social value, and land stewardship to create healthy, vibrant communities that strengthen investment opportunities.

With nearly 20 years of sustainable building experience, she highlights the benefits of climate risk planning, and resilient community development. Brandy has extensive experience leading quality-assured sustainable projects including communities and buildings that are, LEED, WELL, and Zero Carbon certified. She is an active mentor, having delivered various educational offerings, both in person and virtually for post-secondary institutions, industry events, and conferences.
