Dominic Desmarais, P.Eng., has over 20 years’ experience deploying lean practices in the building industry. Dominic has coached several projects on lean construction principles, systems, and tools. He is a passionate speaker, an avid learner, an instructor with the Lean Construction Institute, a co-editor for the Lean Construction Journal, and a founding member and board director for Lean Design and Construction Canada, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of lean in the Canadian built environment.
