| Luke has been with Brookfield Residential Properties for 10 years. Beginning in 2014 as a Site Manager, he spent 5 years managing the construction of 300+ homes, focusing on the application of net zero/sustainable construction practices. In 2019, Luke's career evolved into a Project Management role, where he had the opportunity to manage the first phase of infrastructure development at Pier 70, a 28-acre, master-planned, mixed-use redevelopment of San Francisco's historic shoreline. In 2021, he led the permitting, entitlement, and preconstruction of a 325+ unit multifamily development in the heart of Silicon Valley. As of 2022, Luke returned to Edmonton acting as Senior Development Manager for Brookfield's Multifamily Team, leading the development of over 1,000 units on 12+ sites across the province of Alberta. |
