Maria’s career spans large organizations, startups, and venture-backed firms in Vancouver, New York, and Buenos Aires, offering her a broad, global perspective. From 2017 to 2019, she led a 43-member team at Argentina’s Supreme Audit, managing real estate assets including a historic 182,000 sq ft office building. She improved organizational efficiency, integrated new software, and enhanced maintenance processes.
In 2019, Maria founded Elevator Ventures, a real estate innovation lab focused on sustainable urban living solutions. The lab aids real estate companies in digital transformation through educational programs and consulting services. She also developed Rental-Proof, a tech-driven apartment concept combining home-sharing with a rent-to-own financial model.

Currently, Maria is at the forefront of innovation at Kitspace, building products and operations to help Real Estate organizations deliver interior space at scale. She plays a key role in Vancouver’s real estate technology sector, serving as the Co-chair of the Proptech Collective and a mentor for REACH Canada.
