Group discounts
Save when you bring your entire team to BUILDEX Vancouver.
A discount of 20% is available for groups of 4 or more registering as a group and will be applied automatically during registration. Group discounts can be used on a combination of pass types (e.g. for a combination of trade show passes and All Access Passes). Group discounts are not applicable to NES passes and cannot be combined with promo codes.
Cancellation policy
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN). Informa Canada Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.
Trade Show Only and International registrations are non-refundable.
If you cancel your All Access or Seminar pass before Jan 7, 2027, at 11:59 pm PST, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $30 processing fee.
No refunds will be given after Jan 7, 2027, at 11:59 PM PST or for on-site ticket purchases.
Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to buildexshows@informa.com
Substitutions will not be permitted. Delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any person during BUILDEX Vancouver. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way.
Please note that the conference program is subject to change including programming cancellations and scheduling. BUILDEX is not responsible and refunds will not be provided under these circumstances. Please check the website for the most up-to-date scheduling.
Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.
