The Cater+Event 2027 Design Gallery Competition invites creative teams to design and build stunning, Instagram-worthy installations that will captivate attendees and showcase innovation in event design.
Competition Overview
Teams will develop a design gallery such as
- Mood Board Realization — a photo-worthy installation that stops attendees in their tracks
- Tablescape — an elevated table design that demonstrates creativity and style
- Backdrop design — a striking visual element that serves as the perfect photo backdrop
- Be creative! — surprise us with your unique vision
Team Structure
- Maximum 5 teams will be selected to participate
- 5 people per team maximum
- One team captain is required per team and will be responsible for assembling and managing their team
Award & Recognition

People's Choice Award — The power is in your hands! Event attendees will vote to crown the winner.
Benefits of Competing & Winning
Each winning team member will receive one complimentary VIP pass to the 2028 Cater+Event. The winning team will also receive a dedicated social media post tagging the winning company and its team members.
