How can I amend my details?

Do you provide invoice options?
We are moving away from invoice/wire transfer options for all our events. If under £5,000, all registrations must be completed with credit card. Once completed, you will receive an invoice marked as "paid" within 1-2 days and access to ConnectMe within 24 hours if open.
If you can’t pay by credit card for payments up to £5,000, please contact gf-registrations@informa.com.
Can I split my pass with someone else?
Your pass cannot be split or shared between attendees under any circumstances.

What are my payment options?
Payments that are less than £5,000 must be paid via credit card. You can request an invoice for payments above £5,000 or pay via credit card.
When do applications for Finovate demos close?
Please submit your demo application as early as possible. Not only will this give you a better chance of being selected, but also demo fees are discounted in the early-bird application windows. We review applications on an ongoing basis running up to the event, so there is no final deadline; however, we select a majority of the demo lineup over a month out from the event.
When do applications open for the Leadership Program?

When will I receive news that I have been accepted to purchase the Startup Pass?
Startup passes are available to fintech and tech companies founded on or after 1 January, 2021, with total funding of less than $7M USD. We'll follow up regarding your startup pass selection within five business days.
Do you offer marketing partnerships/free places?
We're always expanding our community of partners and associations to reach new audiences. If you have a valuable prospect list that might benefit our events, please contact emma.wylie@informa.com.
How do I register for a press pass?
We offer a limited number of complimentary press passes. If you would like to attend, please contact emma.wylie@informa.com
What are the cancellation policies?

How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.

What is the layout of the event week?

How do I see a list of attendees?
Through our event app/ desktop platform (ConnectMe), which becomes live two weeks before the event. You'll receive an email with login instructions. In the meantime, you can view a snapshot of attendees here.

Are the sessions recorded?
Yes! Recordings of main stage demos and content will be available within two weeks of the event.
Is there a prayer room at the event?
Yes, there will be a Prayer Room available throughout the week. Please speak to a member of the events team if you need access and check back here closer to the time for the room details.
Is there a mother's room at the event?
Yes, there will be available as a Mother's room available throughout the week. Please speak to a member of the events team if you need access and check back here for the room details closer to the event.
Where can I request a special meal due to my dietary restriction?
All breaks and lunches will include at least one vegan and veggie option. If you require a Kosher Meal, please notify a member of the events team a week before the event starts.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual to business, but the important thing is to be comfortable.
What networking opportunities are available at the event?
What accessibility features are there?
There are lifts that can be used throughout the building.
Is there a creche if I decide to bring my family?
Only registered attendees can attend the event.
Are there any recordings, photography or social media assets I can have access to after the event?
Yes! We have an official photographer taking photos throughout the event and we'll share some of those during the event on LinkedIn and Instragram. Within 2-3 weeks after the event, all photos are uploaded to our Flickr page.

What are the weather conditions in London? Is there anything I need to remember to bring with me?
February is a cold, wet month in London, so please plan appropriately. There's a free coat & luggage check on the ground floor near Registration for the event.
Do I need a VISA to enter the UK? If so, do you support delegates with this process?
Please note that holders of certain passports may need to apply for a visa in order to attend the event. Informa cannot be held responsible for the refusal to grant a visa, and in such circumstances, Informa will not be responsible for any charges incurred, including but not limited to flight or hotel cancellation costs.
Will I be able to book a meeting table at the event?
Once you book a meeting with another attendee through the ConnectMe event platform, a numbered table located in the ConnectMe Lounge in the Floor 1 Exhibit Hall will be assigned to your meeting. In order to use these tables in the lounge, you must have a meeting booked through the platform. Tables may only be used at your designated meeting times.
