She is responsible for a comprehensive customer success strategy, including product expansion, adoption and execution. By orchestrating the seamless delivery of emerging products with internal and external partners and putting the client first, Helena is in charge of best-in-class product offering and client experience.

Helena is an experienced Transaction Banking Specialist with international, professional track record in product strategy, innovation and change management, leading teams through complex business and technology changes, investment prioritization and innovative product designs and commercialization.

Helena has a Master Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business Management, B2B Marketing.
