Anu Sachdeva
Global Service Line & Solutions Leader at Genpact


Anu Sachdeva is the Global Service Line and Solutions Leader for Genpact. In her role, she is responsible for the Go-to-Market and Execution of future forward data, process and technology solutions to generate business outcomes for our clients in Financial Services.

In her past role, Anu was the Business Segment Leader for Banking & Capital Markets North America at Genpact LLC. In this role, she was responsible for growing large strategic accounts, building trusted partner relationships, and expanding Transformation services and Intelligent operations footprints across multiple buying centers. She was responsible for large multimillion-dollar accounts globally and consistently drove double digit growth.

During the initial part of her career, she served in GE Capital across several roles in sales, credit underwriting, operations management & six-sigma.

Anu regularly writes on digital disruption in banking, designing customer experience led operational models and is a frequent speaker for industry associations. She received a Design Thinking certification from Stanford University, is a past finalist for the Women in Sales Industry Award and received ‘The Crème’ award from Genpact for her contributions towards DEI efforts. Anu has been an active mentor for women leaders through volunteering, both internally & externally, for networks such as the 30% Club, Pay It Forward, Ellevate and Chief.
