Brett now leads The Connection Project, providing coaching, consulting, and speaking services for individual and corporate clients. Brett leads his clients on a journey to discover how they can become better leaders by strengthening personal and professional connections. He develops leaders that are more impactful than they ever thought possible by quickly determining what holds them back and building the skills to achieve their highest potential. Brett also helps leaders who wish to become effective speakers, working with them to find their authentic, passionate voice and keep their message simple and impactful.

Brett has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in System Science Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles.
