Caio Reis is Strategy and Marketing Vice President of the Banking and Payment business unit at Thales. He is currently leading the digital transformation within Thales, helping the company position itself as the leader in delivering modern card-issuing experiences to large financial institutions worldwide. As part of his role, Caio is driving Thales partnerships in the Financial industry to support accelerating and adopting digital services. Before this, Caio spent more than fifteen years working in various strategy, marketing, and technical positions supporting Banks from all continents to bring innovation to consumer in-store payments to their consumers, leading teams to deliver hyper-growth revenue streams. Caio has a Bachelor of Information Systems from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo focused on Strategic Planning, and has a Master of Business Administration from Getulio Vargas University in Sao Paulo.
