Chris Giamo is Executive Vice President, TD Bank Group, and Head of Commercial Banking for TD Bank,America’s Most Convenient Bank®. A member of the Management Committee since 2016, Chris leads TDBank’s Commercial Banking business throughout the U.S. In this role, Chris leads the Small Business throughMiddle Market segments as well as specialty businesses including Institutional Commercial Real Estate;Institutional Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-For-Profit; Government Banking; Asset Based Lending;Equipment Finance; U.S. Small Business Administration Lending; Restaurant and Franchise Finance; andRegional Healthcare Practice Finance.Chris also oversees TD Bank’s Treasury Management products and services as well as internal technologyinnovation programs to ensure TD Bank remains a leader in providing clients and colleagues a seamlessexperience in a quickly changing digital landscape.Prior to his current role, Chris served as Regional President of TD’s New York Metro region where he oversawan aggressive de novo growth strategy and ran day-to-day Commercial and Retail Banking activities.Prior to joining TD Bank in 1998, Chris held positions of increasing responsibility at Bank of New York andCoreStates Financial Corp.Chris is the Executive Sponsor of TD Bank’s Individuals with Diverse Abilities initiative where he leads eff ortsto ensure that TD Bank is inclusive and accessible to every individual. In addition, Chris is a board member ofHuntington Hospital, part of Northwell Health, and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.Chris is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economicswith a minor in finance.
