Daniel Caplan - Director, Digital Money Management and Engagement, BMO Financial Group.. Daniel leads digital product management for BMO’s money management and engagement areas. He is focused on leading teams that bring tangible and innovative digital features to market to help customers manage their money more effectively and make real financial progress. Daniel’s teams have won multiple industry awards including Celent’s Model Bank and the BAI Global Innovation Award, and have propelled BMO’s digital money management features to reach top rankings in Canada from multiple research firms. Prior to joining BMO, he led a global team responsible for overhauling RBC’s digital channels in the Caribbean and spent 5+ years working across a variety of strategy, consulting, and product management roles in financial services. He holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and serves on the board of a non-profit focused on youth mentorship.
