Head of Product, Customer Insights & ChaseNet Analytics at JP Morgan Chase


Florencia leads Customer Insights and ChaseNet analytics within the Payments business. She has end-to-end Product Management responsibilities and is accountable for Customer Insights across SMB, middle-market, and enterprise. On ChaseNet, Florencia leads the pricing and go-to-market strategy.Florencia is an innovator helping differentiate the Firm by leveraging big data assets and developing products to help businesses grow and better understand their customers.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Florencia was a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company focusing on financial services in the New York and Buenos Aires offices for 5+ years. She also worked in Strategy and Operations at Google and has startup tech experience (SmartLine).

Florencia has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with an exchange at the London School of Economics and Political Science focusing on Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. She holds a bachelor’s in economics.
