Lindsey Downing is the head of TransUnion’s Consumer Interactive Indirect vertical, responsible for strategic initiatives and customer partnerships that empower consumers with the credit education and identity protection solutions they need to reach their financial goals. Her team is responsible for setting the overall strategy and executing growth initiatives that enable TransUnion customers to deliver experiences to educate, engage, and protect consumers and drive profitability via integrated financial offers. During her 12-year tenure with TransUnion, Lindsey has held diverse roles in corporate development, investor relations, and strategic planning, including leading the acquisition and integration of Sontiq, a leading identity protection and data breach response provider, into the Consumer Interactive business. Prior to joining TransUnion, Lindsey worked at Charles River Associates, where she advised clients across various industries with respect to valuation, litigation and negotiations involving intellectual property. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
