Madhu Narasimhan is an innovation leader recognized for re-inventing digital product and support functions across Fortune 50 organizations. Currently, she is the Head of Innovation at Wells Fargo. She oversees teams that activate the future of financial services by defining creative solutions and accelerating the evolution of our business model for the digital age and creating new value propositions for our customers and clients. Her expertise includes Digital Transformation, Innovation, Technology, and Strategy Development. She launches programs and partners with leading technologists, startup founders, and academic futurists to reimagine customer journeys of the future. Madhu also leads Wells Fargo’s research and academia partnerships, including guest lecturing at Stanford University.

Madhu holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Riverside, a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Birla Institute of Technology, India. She has also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School.

Based in the Bay Area, Madhu is passionate about mentoring and promoting women in technology.
